Tomorrow on the show we talk to Kearsarge Energy along with Jet Propulsion Labs

Here's some background on Kearsarge and our guests, Andrew Bernstein:  We'll be discussing their many projects in such a wide range of technologies.  One of their great projects we reported on last week on Renewable Now.biz--take a look:  http://renewablenow.biz/main.html    Tune in tomorrow at 1 and look for the show to be posted on our site, available 24/7, within a couple of weeks.

"Kearsarge Energy develops, finances, and owns renewable energy projects, including solar PV, solar thermal, hydroelectric, wind, anaerobic digesters, and other related technologies. We strive to identify and capitalize on opportunities in renewable energy that are not being adequately addressed by the current market, with a focus on unlocking value by identifying underutilized assets and opportunities in newly emerging or fragmented industries. Through the aggregation of project portfolios and the use of innovative approaches to financing we mitigate risk and seek to maximize returns for all project stakeholders, including our investors, the host communities in which we work, and the environment. In practice, this means identifying and developing sites, facilitating and managing the permitting and entitlement process, securing debt, equity, and tax equity financing, structuring deals, and co-development of projects with select partners. We develop and finance projects on both public and private land, specializing in solutions tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by municipalities and other tax-exempt entities through public-private partnerships. As part of this focus, we offer long-term energy procurement alternatives for municipalities and other governmental entities. Our projects range in size from $3 million public school rooftop solar PV Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to $60 million waste-to-energy anaerobic digesters."
